重複割引は順次適用され、合算ではありません。30%割引後に追加20%割引は50%オフではありません。まず元価格から30%引き、次に既に割引された価格から20%引きます：0.7 × 0.8 = 0.56、つまり元の56%を支払い — 合計44%の割引です。
セール価格から元の価格を計算するには？▼
「元の価格を計算」モードを使用。元の価格 = セール価格 / (1 - 割引率)。例：25%割引後に60ドルの場合：60 / (1 - 0.25) = 60 / 0.75 = 80ドル。
「割引率」と「マークアップ」の違いは？▼
割引率は元の（販売）価格から減少するパーセンテージ。マークアップは仕入れ（原価）価格に上乗せするパーセンテージ。異なる数値になります：原価50ドルの商品を100ドルで販売するとマークアップ100%ですが、50%割引で原価に戻ります。小売業者はマークアップで価格設定し、消費者はセールで割引率を目にします。
